Nordelta launched Castaños, its 23rd neighborhood in Ciudad Pueblo, and over 100 lots were sold in a week at the pre-sale. Construction will involve an investment of USD 10 million and will be finished in 2015.
The new neighborhood has a privileged location, next to Nordelta’s main access, across from the Information Center and very close to the schools.
Castaños will have its own wide lake, a Club House with a natural sand beach on the lake, tennis courts, football pitch, swimming pool, dressing rooms and playground.
The project was designed for young families interested in building their first home in a place that privileges the contact with nature, without giving up modern city comfort.

A proposal that mixes art and lifestyle

Buyers at Oceana Bal Harbour will be owners of two sculptures from the prestigious American artist Jeff Koons Oceana Bal Harbour redefines its proposal combining art and lifestyle through an artistic project that starts with two sculptures made Jeff Koons. They will be the trademark of this residential complex designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia from Arquitectónica, with Italian architect Piero Lissoni participating in interior design and landscaping by the Swiss Enzo Enas.
The 240 Bal Harbor owners will also own these two sculptures, thus increasing the value of their units. The sculptures are Pluto and Proserpina and Ballerina, which will be placed in the breezeway, the main entrance to the building. It constitutes an important contribution to public art in the city of Miami.

Consultatio closed a deal with BBVA Francés over the sale of 70% of the Catalinas Norte tower

It is an unprecedented event in the corporate real estate market; a few days after launching “Catalinas Norte” tower, Consultatio sold 23 floors (34.000sqm) to BBVA Francés in $1.200 million pesos, for their new corporate building. It will be the most modern building in the country and one of the most important ones in Latin America, designed and constructed to favor environmental sustainability.
Developed by Eduardo F. Costantini’s company, the project has been conceived as a state-of-the-art building, with the highest standards of quality, design and technology. This will make it possible to obtain the LEED certification (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), which assesses power efficiency, the use of alternative energy sources and interior quality, among others.

Consultatio introduces Catalinas Norte, its new office tower in Catalinas

Catalinas Norte, located at Avenida Alem 815 and Córdoba, will be one of the most outstanding office towers in Latin America and will obtain the LEED certification (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design).
The 33-floor tower, designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm Arquitectónica together with the local firm Bodas – Miani – Anger, is placed in a unique location, towards the end of the Catalinas office area, Puerto Madero northern entrance and the political and financial city hub; it will be the tallest and largest in the area, with a surface of 1,760 square meters per floor.
Since the beginning, the project has been conceived as a state-of-the-art building, with efficient and high performance power and refrigeration systems, Schindler Port elevators (which link the predictive call entry to access), savings in water consumption and wide green spaces with natural vegetation. On the other hand, bicycle parking facilities and special parking spaces for hybrid cars have been designed.

Oceana Bal Harbour- Project Approved

Consultatio is pleased to announce that on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, the Bal Harbour project was approved in a public hearing with an unanimous vote at the city of Bal Harbour. During the next few months, we will define the concept and design of the project, obtain building permits and complete all preconstruction tasks. Construction and pre-sales are expected to start during the last quarter of 2013. This approval in Bal Harbour and the continuous success of the OCEANA Key Biscayne project are major milestones for the company.

After the success of the 2010 project, Consultatio announced the launching of the first stage in Araucarias, the sixth neighborhood in Puertos, its second Ciudad Pueblo de Argentina located in Escobar.
Araucarias has an excellent location inside Puertos, next to the sports Club and schools, across from the urban and commercial area and very near the entrance to Puertos from Panamericana. There will be a club house, tennis courts, football pitch and a swimming pool shared with Acacias neighborhood. Besides, it will be possible to sail from the club house to the 180 has. Central Lake in Puertos. Sites range from 500 to 670 square meters.
Araucarias will demand an investment of USD 11 million and has a total number of 321 sites to be finished by the end of 2015.
Puertos started in October 2010, and six neighborhoods have already been opened. Of the 1,588 lots, only 14% are still available. The first three neighborhoods were finished at the end of 2014; Muelles and Acacias will be completed by the end of 2015 and Araucarias in 2016.
