It is the second luxury residential project in the United States by Consultatio Real Estate. After the successful experience in Miami with Oceana Key Biscayne, in 2012 the developer bought the last available land site facing the sea in Bal Harbor for U$S 200 million in order to build a luxury complex. The project will also have an outstanding art proposal.

In 2013 Consultatio began building Oceana Bal Harbour, an exclusive residential complex with 240 Premium units. It finished by the end of 2016. The building has a glass structure designed by Arquitectónica of Bernardo Fort- Brescia and is located on Collins Avenue, 5.5 has. next to the beach. It has panoramic views of Florida’s southern beaches, Biscayne Bay, and city landmarks such as the Bal Harbour Shops. It is constructed where the famous Bal Harbour Club used to be. The units have one, two, three and four bedrooms, and also four penthouses. Within the facilities, there is an underground parking, a restaurant, an Olympic swimming-pool and a leisure pool, cottages, a movie theater, a playroom for kids, a 24-hour gym, two tennis courts and a winery. At the same time, the AAA project integrates art as lifestyle and added value, with art pieces by internationally renowned artists, such Jeff Koons. In this sense, Bal Harbour owners also own two sculptures by this artist which generates greater value in their units. They are Pluto and Proserpina and Ballerina, which are placed in the breezeway (the complex main entrance); this is an important contribution to public art in Miami city.
