Nordelta is the major urban entrepreneurship in Argentina, located just 30 km. away from Buenos Aires city center. It was launched in 1999.

Nordelta is one of the largest urban complexes in Latin America. It stretches over a surface of 1,700 has and meets all community needs: two medical centers, five schools, a mall with over 100 stores and five movie theaters, a sports club, an 18-hole golf course designed by Nicklaus, different gastronomic options in several restaurants, exit to Luján river, a 180 has central lake, two gas stations and a 5 stars hotel.

In Nordelta, the company develops and sells sites to individuals in the different gated communities for the construction of family housing units. They also sell larger sites to real estate developers for the construction of urban complexes and stores. At present, over 35,000 people live in the 24 gated communities and enjoy the most modern service facilities developed for different kinds of public: 12 are fully operational, 4 have been recently handed over and the rest are in the development stage. There are over 2,800 finished houses and over 4,000 condos.

Fundación Nordelta is a non-profit organization that initiated its activities in June 2002. It implements health, education, work and community development programs in an effort to improve the quality of life of Las Tunas inhabitants, an area close to Nordelta with a lot of unmet essential needs. Through its programs, Fundación Nordelta reaches 25% of Las Tunas dwellers.
